"We checked in on 6/5/26 upon checking into the room the bathroom reeked of urine, the towels were dirty as if they were left from the previous occupants just folded up ready to be used. Their was hair in the shower so it obviously hadn’t been touched and huge white stains on the headboard Room 118"

"Loved the St Charles Inn. Room was clean, parking was safe and secure. We walked to Magazine St and ate supper and did some shopping. Best part is the St Charles St trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Rode it into town both days we were there. Always felt safe. Definitely going back and recommending it to family and friends."

"The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. "

"Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay as it was unclear to me during reservations which Hampton Inn & Suites I was reserving. I needed to be at the location, also near/on St. Charles St, that is closer to Bourbon St (French Quarter/Downtown). I had hoped to transfer my reservation but couldn't. Hampton Inn may want to improve their description of the property location to make it more obvious where the building is to people unfamiliar with New Orleans"

"It was a pleasant experience, me and my friends had a lot of fun in the pool. Neatness was topnotch, we took alot of pictures. We had to pay extra for packing which wasn't planned for, but we love the proximity to various activities we wanted to experience like d aquarium and cruise ship."
