All of the staff were AMAZING! Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Keep us the amazing job!! The parking garage is a plus!
The rooms and the property need UPDATING though. The door coming in from second floor garage... looks like a huge leak happneing somehwere.
The internal hallways are so much nicer than the room i had.
The arm chair in the room needs to be thrown out. The arm rests are so dirty, they are yellow and brown. The caulking around the outside of shower needs attention. It grimey, old, dirty. The shower head has the dreaded pink mold, the floores are stained - white dribbles (ew), brown/red stains, etc. The cabinet doors on tv stand are crooked... the door to hotel room was splitting by one of the hinges and the entire door had to be lifted an inch or two to shut, everytime we opened it. The thermostat in the room read 64 the entire time, even though i set it to 60... and when set at 64, the room temp showed 67, but felt more like a balmy 76.
