We arrived at 4pm very hungry and were told the kitchen was closed until 7pm and there is no place to purchase any sort of snacks or food outside of restaurant service and they could do nothing for us except to say sorry. Special kudos to Frensis and Don (??) at the reception desk. Our room was spotless and offered all the amenities we needed. Other reviews have mentioned small rooms and showers or furniture that should be updated. But we found quite the opposite—a large, sparkling room and bathroom, with clean, spare, modern decor....
