"Hotel clean, picked room with the bath. Probably wouldnt book that again as didnt really use the bath although view was great. Loved the cabannas over the sea although pricey. Was glad we stayed slightly out of the centre as much quieter away from crowds but walkable for restaurants and main beach. 10/15 mins. Restaurant was lovely, again gorgeous view and pizza was lovely."

"Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our two-day visit. Everything was well taken care of, and the host was very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others."

Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Magdalena, who was especially kind and helpful during my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Portanova!"

"Very friendly staff. Hotel in great location, close to beach, and terminal for ferries to Corfu. Nice balcony. Breakfast disappointing, served at a cafe next door, w Waiter service only, not buffet, not huge range of choice"

"Cannot fault this place at all, it’s absolutely wonderful. Stayed for four nights. Staff were incredibly welcoming and smiley, on hand 24/7 to help with anything. Room was immaculate with everything you could need, air-con was a godsend! Lovely balcony to sit out on in the morning with a coffee. The pool area was fantastic, not the biggest but that made it more cosy, felt more like a private pool at times! It was really peaceful and quiet. Great location as it’s set back from the main road so...
