"This hotel is very pricey. There is not a microwave in the room they had one in the lobby but it disappeared on our last day there. Experian charged us $75 for breakfast for 2 days and the hotel said it was for one day. The breakfast was the typical breakfast you would get for free at any other hotel. Definitely not worth $75. Then when you try to find the breakfast you have to go to the front desk and ask where it is, turns out it was on the 7th floor and the ticket was not collected or asked to see. So anyone with a key can probably go to the 7th floor and eat breakfast free. Almost forgot no coffee maker either. I had left over coffee from our travels which I had to go to the lobby to reheat. Our family will never go to this hotel again as it is very pricey and they want you to eat at the reataurant, the breakfast is not in any way woth what they charge.
As far as cleanliness it was, also comfortable and the staff was friendly. But not so much so as to change my mind at ever staying at this hotel again."
