Great hotel. Good breakfast. Beautiful rooms! We stayed in the tower in a superior studio suite with a balcony. We had a beautiful view of the roofs of the Trulli houses. We loved it! The location is perfect. You can walk to everything! All the Trulli houses are very near to the hotel (10 minutes to the most popular area).

We got trilled with our beautiful roof top apartment. Quiet and full of flawless amenities. Breakfast is ordered daily with an app. and have the option of room or restaurant service. I really think this property should be a 5***** hotel. Mauro was a very efficient and wonderful host.

The place is so cute and clean. We stayed at the Traditional suite for two nights. The view of the city from our terrace was nice. Room made us feel like staying at home. The staffs are super friendly and very helpful. Welcoming reception at the restaurant with piano play was nice touch. The elevator was small but we are in a boutique hotel in Italy and we were okay with no huge luggage. We will stay at Palazzo Scotto again!!

We booked the second floor suite at Pallazo Scotto, and it was worth every penny. Quite and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and private terrace, it was a breath of fresh air with an amazing view of nearby trullis. The owner was friendly, hands-on and focused like a laser on the customer experience. He even sings during dinner with a maestro who plays multiple instruments. Who does that? Pallazo Scotto is in the heart of town, you can easily walk to shopping and dining and the historic trulli district. The history in this town is extraordinary and when you stay here you feel like a (well pampered) local. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and there is nothing like Palazzo Scotto. You're in your own little world - it's hard to pack up and leave. Reasonable cost, incredible quality and a staff of high-achievers who want very much to make your stay memorable. Superb choice.

What a great stay! I wish we'd have had more than one night here. The location is excellent, the room clean (they are small rooms by nature of being trulli, but well-appointed and comfortable), and the food excellent. Eating breakfast in the garden was a great way to start our day. Best of all, the staff is unbelievably gracious and friendly. Every staff interaction was top-notch. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Exceeded our expectations at all levels. Everything was great and would definitely stay there again. Very convenient to all restaurants and trulli's and host Vaerio set us up with parking for all 3 days for minimum charge. Very spacious room and all amenities worked great. Property had an elevator for those who need it. Fantastic property!

Amazing room and service! Was in the Noble room and it's super modern, has an amazing balcony view of trulli roofs and the cathedral. Service was great - from explaining the area, showing the room, arranging a dinner reservation to helping get the bags from where we parked (parking isn't easy but their suggestion on where to park definitely worked well). There's a great hair dryer too which my wife appreciated. Breakfast was included and was a great spread which we had on the balcony. Can't say enough good things.

Valerio was very friendly and easy to communicate with before our stay. We were given access to a webpage with information about the area, online check in and forms for ordering breakfast. Valerio explained about Alberobello and which areas to see/places to visit on arrival which was also helpful. The room was lovely and the outdoor terrace with loungers was great when it was sunny. We enjoyed breakfast outside (made to order, not included in the room) and use of the solarium. Note that you have to pay 15€ each for a pre-booked 2 hour slot for this which wasn't very obvious when I booked.

Such attention to detail!

Brilliant hotel, the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Little touches like a personalised welcome card with a history of the palace, the check-in information about the area was great and the parking recommendations saved us from some literal tight spots. Photographic and sightseeing recommendations were spot on - especially walking around the non-touristy trulli at night. The room (Cummerse) is one of the most beautiful rooms - private terra with a great view of the trulli and listening to the church bells was magical. The breakfast on the balcony was also delicious and much appreciated. I believe hotels.com states that check-out is at 9:30 but is actually until 11.
