"The room was cleaner than the last time we were there. The front staff were courteous and helpful. The food was good but when we ate in the lounge the bartender should have had help. We had to wait a bit to be served because of it."

In the night there was youth fooling around loudly, when I called the front desk no answer after several mins and attempts. Clearly no one was working the lobby phone. "
