"The airport shuttle was awesome. I called the hotel from baggage claim and the shuttle arrived within just a couple of minutes. I needed to use the shuttle several times to go back-and-forth to the airport to retrieve a rental car and the service was perfect each time. I never had to wait more than just a couple of minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The hotel staff was top-notch, from the front desk to housekeeping to the maintenance crew. "funky cool historic place with Polish and haunted history, in beautiful condition. Fun with the rock bands downstairs playing 70s favorites before bedtime. Comfortable. convenient to the light rail. Very gracious staff."

"The hotel staff were all wonderful and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and kind and made our stay infinitely better. I'd definitely reccomend to others. The surrounding area wasn't the best, as my brother and I noticed people yelling/doing drugs in the park across the street, but they mostly kept to themselves and posed no threat or nuisance to us. All in all, I'd say it's one of the better Portland hotels I'd stayed in"

"The only issue I had was I could not understand why housekeeping was banging and shouting housekeeping at 8 in the morning. It was a 1 night stay and checkout was not until noon. Everythingbelse was fantastic. "
