"The hotel is great, nice restaurant too. However parking is not nice. This is in downtown so parking is an issue. No attached garage, and the public parking spots had broken glass and homeless people laying there which was unsettling. We lucked out and found street parking in front of the hotel so it was easy to unload our luggage, and it’s free 8 pm to 8 am. If we had to park in the areas with all the broken glass I would have worried about my vehicle and not slept well. Staff was helpful....

"Nice hotel room with an excellent rooftop restaurant. Parking is a bit expensive as valet required but our vehicle was available within minutes. The surrounding area was a bit disappointing with a lot of homeless people and shady transactions taking place. This despite being close to the convention center and sports venue, but that’s a city of Portland problem."

"The building is an early Portland mansion that’s been maintained well and upgraded to some extent, keeping the charm of the era in which it was built but meeting the standards of today. "Spent a few nights and based my stay on previous ratings, which were positive and accurate. Was traveling with my bike and the valet stored it in a secure location with the bikes they have available for guests. Ate a breakfast one morning at the cafe and the food was tasty and portions generous. Attentive and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again."
