"Really cool, independent hotel with great location in walking distance to everything. More 3.5 star than 4 star. Would not classify as a luxury hotel. Everything was clean, but bathroom a little dated. But it was large. My biggest gripe was when we went to breakfast at 10:50 am but was told it was closed ( was supposed to be open until 11). And breakfast was fairly expensive. Also had to get free water from front desk for coffee machine in room. In room water was $7! Staff was really friendly...

"Staff must have changed since the last set of reviews because they were not very good. They gave us a single key card and wouldn’t give us another due to a “key card shortage” at the hotel. You need the card to use the elevator and get up to your room, so this was extremely inconvenient. We also had to ask for an extra blanket 3 separate times before receiving it more than hour later by which time it was almost midnight, and only after my husband went down to the front desk and stated he would...
