"I loved the beachfront part of it. The balconies were so cute and accessible and personal:). They had very accessible parking and it was very quiet and relaxing. The only thing is the room could have been a bit cleaner and they told us they don’t have daily room service and if you need anything to ask. It was great vibes and it is no smoking so keep that in mind even though there is a balcony:)"

"Bathroom window fell out of the track and I caught it before I hit the floor. Vynl flooring pulling apart at the seams and causing a tripping hazard. 1" gap between bottom of door to the room, and the floor sill. Allowing for mice snakes and what not to gain entry. Travellers are required to use a kiosk to check in and out. English is not understandable to the people on the other end. Room 208!"

"There is a ‘late’ check in fee after 8pm which we were not aware of. There is no one on property after that. We arrived at 9:30 and did not know what to do. Eventually someone answered the call box and came, angry and rude with us. They said the hotel does not control what Expedia tells us. This is not my problem as your customer or theirs. Ps this must happen frequently as another couple showed up after us."
