"The place was locked up when I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes for the proprietor to open the door! Very worn room which needed a refurb as did the whole place to be honest!
Inaccurate listing details: there is no restaurant, just a bar, so no food.
Not one of my better choices but the pictures and details do look a lot better than the reality."

"Fantastic, generous breakfast. Very kind, helpful man running the place. I enjoyed my camp, gay bedroom at the top of the house. All essentials were 5* clean, just a touch of dust on some decorative objects stopped full 5* rating re cleanliness from me. Lots of Art Deco, vedettes du cinema. Fun. Interesting. Other rooms, other styles. Felt appropriate for 1940's villa. Swimming pool was unexpected luxury. Would stay again. Loved it."

"What an amazing stay. Grand, elegant and tastefully restored farmhouse set in immaculate grounds. Our hosts, Helen and Jean were so welcoming and gave us do many useful ideas about places and restaurants to visit.
We loved the breakfast with homemade jams, French toasts and local delicacies in a sublime outdoor setting. An amazing stay in a beautiful room and would definitely recommend a stay and would love to return."
