"Location of the hotel is superb. Beautiful views. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was enjoyable. We didn't use any of the other facilities - wellness room, gym etc so cannot comment on those. We booked half-board. The evening meals were only OK. Some evenings the choice was mediocre and potato-wise there was little variation over the week with little choice each day. The layout of the buffet was somewhat confusing with a lot of to-ing and fro-ing e.g. there was no butter etc near...

"Very conveniently located in Mahón great onsite parking, clean and quiet rooms, helpful staff, great restaurant ànd nice indoor spa facilities. Out of season it still has a good atmosphere."

However, there were several aspects that meant this hotel fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star Spanish all-inclusive resort. We booked all-inclusive, but the food was a major disappointment. The quality and variety were more in line with a 3-star hotel. There were no traditional cold Spanish meats available...

"Large room on 1st floor overlooking the quiet street, although the bed was made and towels replenished every day the room wasn't really clean overall. The floor wasn't swept or mopped during our stay and the skirting boards were thick with dust/dirt and possibly hadn't been cleaned for weeks/months. The pool area was pleasant but could be so much better, the deck chairs provided were uncomfortable and pretty dangerous as one collapsed and trapped my husband's fingers in the mechanism, crushing 3...
