"The hotel is a great property with great access to Old Town Albuquerque and amazing night Flamenco Tablaos ;-). Overall it was a good stay. Just a couple of things that happened during my stay that need some improvement. Power went out during my stay (it’s summer time in Albuquerque!) and I was surprised to find out there was not a generator in the property. "This is our 2nd time staying overnight here. I love the live music in the lobby/bar although we didn't get a chance to enjoy it this time. Easy walking distance to old town. This time we drove a bit to La Guelaguetza to try the birria pizza and it didn't disappoint. Can't wait to stay here again!"

"the bathroom was NOT clean at all when we arrived in our room. there was urine all over the bottom and side of toilet. sheets were not clean and the bed was so uncomfortable. ac barley worked as well. you would also think that the hotel would have some water in the room but no you were having to pay for everything. definitely not going back to that hotel. very disappointed. also forgot to mention… the woman working the front desk this morning was very rude to my partner when he had asked if they...

There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport.
