My room had been used prior to my arrival. The toilet was not working properly. The hall smelled of cigarette smoke and was noisy. Additionally the noise from the gas station next door was very loud.

Since the last time I stayed there, the room was upgraded. They took out the nasty carpet and replaced it with tile.New beds and furniture. A lot better than what it used to be.

Very good for the price.
Everything was good except the “breakfast included” part. Breakfast consist of prepackaged small muffins and oatmeal, and coffee. That’s about it. Close to the mall so there are plenty of restaurants available. Nice quiet and safe location.

Not clean. We had two kids with us who were sleeping on the pullout couch. When we went to put the sheets on the pullout, the mattress was covered in food, crumbs & miscellaneous. Has to shake all that off the team is best we could before we could put the sheets on.

Our room was adequate but so old and not updated at all. The bathroom sink was either so old it couldn't be cleaned or it had not been properly cleaned. The kitchen had no silverware, dishes or pots and pans so we had to bring home take out to eat dinner and breakfast. It did have a microwave.

Literally the worst I have ever stayed in.
I travel to abq every month and decided to bring my family along this trip. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I am regretful my family stayed in it for a night. It was run down and very shabby, gross. No coffee maker in the room, the microwave didn’t work. My wife was afraid to sleep under the covers. I always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next door and fortunately I was able to stay there with my family for the rest of the week.

The room wasn’t even swept after construction we took a shower and had to wash our feet again after getting out. The shower curtain was hung improperly so it barely reached the tub so water would go everywhere. The remodel construction was done very cheaply the trim around doors and the floor has gaps. There was paint and drywall dust in the halls even though there wasn’t any construction going on. The stairwell smelt of animal urine and feces. We were there for a week and not once did we receive turn down service our room had zero attention. At the time of booking there was a pool listed however staff said the pool had been out of service for a very long time and the owners still hasn’t changed It online. The complimentary breakfast was a joke all they offered was a tiny store bought muffin and some coffee. The windows were super old and the trim was so brittle if you touched it, it would break. We could hear every car passing (and there were allot) all night as if we were on the sidewalk even though we were on the third floor. The staff were very friendly none of this is their fault all these things should fall on ownership. The furniture was new but i think that’s the only positive for $200 a night it was extremely unsatisfying.

The woman on Saturday night was very welcoming and accommodating! She helped us get into a room that was perfect for 2. Simple and nice place to stay

The property is immediately adjacent to a major thoroughfare with loud traffic. Our room faced the blvd and it was noisy at night. The breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal and mini muffins when in stock. One morning there was only coffee and instant oatmeal. On the plus side, the coffee was excellent.
