The accommodations were just fair in my opinion, but the staff was more than courteous. When I first walked into the room, the smoke detector was going off. So, I called the front desk & they came right away to change out the battery. Then, I next discovered that there was no remote for the tv. Once again, I called and they came immediately with a device so I could use the television. THEN, I left the next day (a Sunday), only to get a phone call from them to say they had accidentally kept my drivers' license when I was checking in. They told me it would be placed in the mail on Monday morning, and sure enough, by mid-week, my license arrived safe & sound in my mailbox!

Building is aged and most areas in Albuquerque can be rough. However, I felt safe, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and the service excellent. Darwin offered 5 star service that made me feel comfortable and cared for as a guest. Thank you!

Parking was easy, the one staff i spoke to during my three night stay was friendly. The room smelled horrible, like cigarette smoke(and i am a smoker) never seen house keeping during my stay. I didn't realize people lived here.

This property is tucked away from the busy streets & has ample, safe parking. Bonus is the kitchenette & full fridge in each room. They also have a tub. Enjoyed the stay.
