"The bar and restaurant area are clean, and the food and wine offerings are more than acceptable. We were served by a young man in the Bar named Junior… He was excellent. You could tell he was watching out for guests that might be experiencing a problem. Overall, all the staff are highly trained."

"Everything about this property is worth bragging about. From the very helpful and friendly staff, to the cleanliness and so well adorned walls and murals. The convenient shuttle to the airport, which is close by, and the dedicated drivers. Also worthy of mention is the absolutely fabulous breakfast options. Our 2 nights there capped off our 39 days visit to Portugal. Thank You"

"No wash clothes for the shower.
Lighting exceptional poor in the bathrooms. Can not shave without good lighting.
Shower head is over head. Can not take a shower without washing hair. Not everyone washes their hair daily.
Hot water takes for ever to heat up."

"The room was very warm. They sent someone up to make repairs to the air conditioner but they were unable to get it working. They put me in another room but the air conditioner didn't work in that room either. "
