"The staff were incredible"

"Loved!"

"Overall good experience that was expected for this price point."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Baia, location is magnificent, room very comfortable, parking great, we can’t wait to come back"

"As always, never doubted my stay here, Everyone is so professional and the hotel is amazing, the breakfast and bar is great. Would totally recommend to anyone"

"The breakfast was very nice , the gym was great other there was no towels there when I arrived but a saw other people having one . We took a bolt into town it was 12 euros , parking is free. Great stay ."

"The hotel itself was really nice and well maintained. It looked pretty and the staff was friendly. My issue was my room smelled really bad. Like a mixture of unpleasant body odor and cigarettes. Unfortunately there were no available rooms to switch to. The staff tried to help and provided a spray but it didn’t seem to work. For 3 days the unpleasant odor was there. Sintra was such a beautiful town but everything closes down early and it wasn’t great going back to a smelly room."

"This place is a hidden gem. Great restaurants nearby, train station 2 blocks away. Most rooms can see the ocean. The breakfast buffet is great. There’s a grocery store 10min walk away. It’s not a crowded hotel. You can walk to a great path on the beach that goes all the way to Cascáis! It’s a winner. Rooms are large and most come with a bathtub which is rare in Europe. "Wouldn’t stay again. Lots of teenagers on sports tour. Very noisy, rooms not sound proof. Food very basic. Staff very helpful"

"The shuttle into Lisbon’s historic centre every half hour up until 6pm final return was appreciated as it would be much too far to walk. Shuttle is every 30 minutes and staff were very good at providing directions etc."

"LAS HABITACIONES VIEJAS, LA ALFOMBRA DE LOS PISOS SE VEIA SUCIA Y MUY VIEJA, SOLO EL PRIMER PISO ESTABA RENOVADO, LO DEMAS ESTABA TERRIBLE"

"Arrived late at night with baby from flight. It was perfect. Shuttle at the airport. Less than 5 mins shuttle time to get to hotel. Very friendly staff. They had prepared the baby crib with sheets and all. Baby was super happy and so was I. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy bedding, clean, felt good. Highly recommend."

"This property was very clean and the staff was very helpful."
