From suggesting places, to visit to arranging cars for transportation for the day, he was very proactive and helpful. "It was a really nice and joyous holiday ever! The pool is gorgeous looking over the rainforest, interior design is made by the author's project, very stylish and comfortable. It had everything you could need (plug adaptors, mozzy spray, filtered water etc). The staff were so friendly, who gave me some restaurants and leisure places recommendations. The location is safe and quiet, and everything is very accessible by a quick taxi ride. Lovely place!"

"The villa and surrounding property was absolutely beautiful- peaceful and relaxing- the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs including carrying all our luggage from the main road entrance to our villa. "It was a pleasure staying at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel is well located and close to restaurants and other attractions like Ubud Palace and the Ridge walk. The room is spacious and clean. However, one of the rooms was damp. Staff was very kind and helped us move to a different room. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Yudi who made our trips enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and kind. The restaurant serves excellent food and the spa is amazing."

The only downside to this if you have any walking aid this would not been the hotel for you. There are many step to walk down or up. I walk with a stick and found it hard.
