"It began at the front desk. The young lady was very welcoming and treated me professionally. I definitely appreciated that. The room was comfortable and amazing. The bed and pillows… just let me say, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. At checkout, the front desk person was very nice and encouraged us to grab coffee as we left. I don’t believe that I have ever experienced anything like this. Bless you for everything. You made an otherwise stressful trip a pleasure."
