"Amazing property and location right in the heart of Bairro Alto. Close to so many dining options and party clubs and walking distance to many sights in the area. Can be very loud and crowded but the sound proof windows on our first floor room with balconies did an AMAZING job of keeping the noise away from our room. Staff were very communicative and helpful with the parking but make sure you book a parking spot with them in advance if you have a car because they have limited spots. "

"This is a well appointed resort hotel. Service was excellent. We swam in both the indoor and outdoor pools. The river/ocean view was superb. We were west of Lisbon, but short Uber ride in. Also close to Sintra, a smaller town with beautiful historic sites, restaurants and gardens, which we actually preferred to Lisbon, but we still enjoyed a day tour there. We’d stay at the property again, as it exceeded our expectations."

"Stop over on the way to The Azores. Quite a contrast to the subsequent hotel! The hotel is quirky, bizarre, interesting and located on the very lively pink street. Loved the stay…. So did my wife! Beautifully decorated and furnished. Quite unique and a bit of fun. Not for everyone: it is a converted brothel and themed as such. "

"Staff was very accommodating. Because these are apartments, there is no 24 hour desk but there is always, at least, one person available during business hours. Our unit had a washer/dryer combo which came in handy for a long stay. The room had all the comforts of home and did a great job of incorporating those comforts in limited space. Great location, in the center of everything."

"I was looking for a conveniently located room with a fridge available at a reasonable price. Success. As a seasoned traveller, here is the 411: Pros: The location is amazing for accessing major sites as well as transportation to sites not in the immediate vacinity. As these are "apartments" and not hotel rooms, the kitchen facilities were excellent and appreciated on a 6-night stay. The place is very clean and the staff are nice and helpful - although at my age it's weird to communicate...

"Our apartment was absolutely amazing and as stunning as the pictures. Perfect with our three year old who called it our 'home-tel,' Our flights were delayed on the way out, I was able to call through to reception who provided us with access to the property after reception hours with really clear instructions. "We had a good stay in this hotel the location is centered close to everything,indeed it’s an older building and the room kinda small but I guess you will be out all day and only come to sleep it won’t be any issue,it’s clean and decent. Our room has a private bathroom.The breakfast was nice,the people were helpful. Still worth your money."
