"Staff was great! Location fantastic! Property a little dated in areas. Flooring on hallways and bedrooms is dated feeling a little dirty if walking in room with something on your feet. Bathroom vanity appeared stained from previous uses. Need a little attention to cleanliness. Breakfast decent. Would consider staying again. "

My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move. "The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. What made me sad was that the pool and hot tub are only for people 16 or above, and I traveled with two kids who were both under that age.
