"I was pleasantly surprised with the Grand Burstin. Hotel was very clean, staff were really friendly and the amenities were fantastic. The entertainment at the hotel was out of this world and so unexpected. I had a wonderful evening full of entertainment. Bar staff are very friendly. Especially the lady with the long brown hair. "Great room, was large with comfortable bed, quiet and with lovely views. Room also had real coffee, a fridge and AC. The only disappointment that I found strange was that the hotel bar and restaurant didn’t overlook the sea. To have a hotel turn its back on its main asset (the beachside location) was annoying. Surely would benefit from turning the ballroom into a bar or restaurant!! Staff all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine, good value but nothing special"

The staff were welcoming and polite.

There is no evening restaurant but this is not a problem as there are a large number of restaurants a short walk away.
The hotel is well situated for all the towns attractions but benefits for being just off the High Street (which can be very busy).
Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again."
