The staff were uninterested and far from being solution-oriented; whenever you raised a concern, they preferred to ignore it rather than help. Additionally, the equipment in the room was either not working or in very poor condition. You definitely do not get what you pay for here. If you want a stressful experience instead of a relaxing stay, you can choose this place—otherwise, it is somewhere you should absolutely stay away from. I strongly recommend choosing other alternatives if you don’t want to go through the same bad experience I had."
