"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. Nous avons réservé à la toute dernière minute et avons pourtant vécu un week-end merveilleux à Saint‑Jean‑de‑Paracol, tout près de Rouvenac. La maison est grande et spacieuse, la chambre magnifique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude du lieu... Le soir nous avons eu le plaisir de nous joindre à la table d'hôte concoctée maison avec une grande majorité de produits bio... We were put off by this until we discovered that this is pretty much a universal thing in France that Jacuzzis are unheated.
