"Everything was spectacular "

"Excellent location, close to the chair lift and cable cars, across the street from a grocery store and right next to a ski rental shop. It is on Main Street and a little loud in the evening, but it was usually quiet after 9pm. It’s very clean and comfortable, staff is helpful. In Murren everything seems to close at 6pm, except hotel restaurants. "

"Fue increíble la atención que recibimos por parte del hotel, un check in rápido, un check out extraordinario, un desayuno maravilloso y unas vistas preciosas en la habitación que nos tocó. Además tuvimos una cena en su restaurante fabulosa. Recordaría al 1000 al hotel. "

"There was some sort of daily service but the room wasn't vacuumed and towels not changed for the entiredurationof our stay. It seemd the room attendant would just empty bins and tidy up the room. Water bottle was replenished only on the second day, however there always was a jug with water in the corridor so it wasn't a problem for us. "

"Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it.
