"The girl at the front desk was not the most helpful or pleasant. We booked 2 rooms with Expedia and only had one room in the computer. Instead of trying to help us understand what happened and resolve the problem she just simply made us purchase another room and be off. I have to say it is a very clean hotel and the rooms are beautiful. So the front desk was the only bad part. She needed to be a lot more friendly and more helpful with the situation. Because of this misunderstanding with the rooms I don’t think I will go back but you never know. "

"Great stay for an event at Grand Casino Arena. Quick and safe walk! Clean. Breakfast was amazing. Wish they had a hot tub, but hat didn't detract from our overall relaxing stay. Staff (including valet) was polite and helpful."

"Excellent staff. Enjoyed the lobby cafe (the barista was awesome) and the carrot cake in the grill. The exercise room is in desperate need of some attention. Dirty, busted equipment, bathroom smells, no towels, etc. I’m not sure why hotels do not do a deep clean on each guest room a couple times a year. The house keeping staff can only do so much. For the cost of the stay, I was expecting a a slightly cleaner room. I’m giving this hotel a five mainly because the staff was phenomenal. The property owners need to up their game and make the facility match the incredible staff."

"The AC in our room did not work and no one came to help us. There was no continental breakfast and when we asked they said "well you have to pay a small fee". Parking is also not free at this hotel."

"There was no bar in the room as far as I could tell. Front desk staff was very friendly. I did the valet parking, so yes, it was easy and they were quick getting my car when I checked out. Very pleasant stay. The bed was really comfortable. The room was nice and quiet."

"The staff was above and beyond at the front desk and the shuttle driver was amazing! Wonderful breakfast options. Clean pool with a great hot tub, actually hot and good jets. Our room was clean and quiet. Parking was in secured area and seemed safer than other places I have been. Only slight complaint- no draft beer at the bar, decent canned/bottled selection though. "
