"Awesome place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of Saint Paul, super safe and conveinent"

"The stay was overall very nice, comfy bed, wonderful unique room and property, great for a night away. The only downside was the staff and communication. We felt like check in was not warm, friendly or informative. We ended up googling to try and figure out what was going on with the bar (almost missed getting drinks and did miss getting food) and were confused about parking. We would have liked to explore the property more but felt limited with the information that was given to us. The front desk staff gave us a feeling that our presence was a hassle for them, both at check out and check in. We wish that they had more information in the room about amenities and the property. With a unique hotel we were expecting something a little different from staff and overall experience. But overall very cool place! "

"Shay and Mimi were amazing, as when we checked in, our room had some issues. These 2 people were amazing, and helped used right away, and got us into rooms that were clean, and ready to go."

"Hdmi was unplugged from tv, heater was turned to ac and set at 56 in the winter time. Evidently there is no room checklist to ensure room is appropriate for next guest."

"located on the strip, variety of cool bars, restaurants, walk to River Center. Room is spotless, a real full breakfast included for a great value, staff is helpful. Beautiful lobby, halls etc. Fluffy bed, large room and large TV."
