"This is the 2nd time for me at Sunrise Avenue Hotel in Alexandria. A great experience with a very professional reception staff. A special thank you to Mr Mohamed, Mr Ramadan and Mr Emad for their hospitality and premium service. The hotel is well equipped and well designed. Very private rooms location right in front of the beach which is sandy and very smooth to walk barefoot and enjoy the sea. The restaurant staff, waiters and room service are also very decent and helpful. This has become my favorite first option whenever I visit Alexandria!"

"This was the ideal hotel, GREAT STAFF, GREAT restaurants-all 3, GREAT location, Great Spa upscale, well maintained, very clean, beautiful lobby, staff takes care of everything. We had an exquisite Mediterranean Sea view, again LOVED the staff all throughout the hotel-those at the door, security, front desk, restaurants, spa, cleaning service, all so beautiful, friendly, helpful, etc. This hotel would be my first choice if I stay in Alexandria again!"

"This is my second time staying at the Cecil i love the history and everything about the hotel to me i also love the location middle of the city but I'd you prefer a quieter area that might not be the best choice for you inside the room all was perfect Mr Ali at the reception was amazing accommodating and i cannot sing enough praises for him and also the staff that handles the luggage and the room"

"Lovely hotel, spacious room, stylish interior design, incredible breakfast, but most importantly very attentive staff. The breakfast manager made an exception for us and asked the chef to cook eggs royal made to order. The reception staff were very friendly. We could hear the communal music from the corridor when we went to bed. We mentioned it the next morning and it was taken care of and the person greetings us at the valet parking let us know it’s been turned down even though we arrived at 4:30am that day! The attention to detail is really above and beyond. Free bikes to ride around the resort is a bonus."

"VIDA Marina Marassi left my husband and I in awe! We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until check out. We were greeted by the Duty Manager, Nada who was not only polite and professional, but also a breath of fresh air to work with a we wanted to upgrade our room. She went up herself to make sure everything was up to standard before we received the keys! The day before check in we called the hotel to double check on our booking details and some logistics relating to our marriage license… We spoke to Seham who was truly wonderful, she answered all of our questions and double checked with her supervisors on everything before getting back to us. She called us back multiple times to make sure we’re taken care of and that everything is set before we arrive. The room was so clean and the view was breathtaking on the Marina… we were greeted by a sweet note and a welcome cake! We ate at both restaurants SOCAL and Origins and both were truly amazing! Mohammad and Abdallah were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we need. At check out we were greeted by Rewan who was the cherry on top of our stay wishing us well and answered all of our questions as we are planning to come back in August! To everyone at VIDA Marina - we had a blast and were blown away by the level of service and professionalism matched by the welcoming staff and phenomenal atmosphere! We weren’t planning another trip to Egypt this year, but because of this wonderful experience we will!"
