"I everyone was very welcoming treating you like family going extra lengths to make your stay comfortable and we were very glad to choose this place instead of a bigger hotel in Cairo. They even organized a cozy cake cutting for our anniversary on rooftop with pyramids on the backdrop. Family owned business with all cousins collectively taking care of the guests. "Booked a Luxury-Suite with balcony-view to the pyramids with Expedia. Room was NOT available at arrival. Reasons varied depending on whom you asked. My educated guess is, the hotel goofed the booking and was overbooked. Management offered a cancellation, but standing in Gizeh in an unsafe area at night without a room was not a real option. "I like the amazing view from the rooms and rooftop to the pyramids, Staff was nice and friendly, I like my dinner and breakfast. I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room.
