"Honestly the worst experience of my life, what a waste of money. I wish i went to another resort. Alot of the staff a rude, you ask for something, you will need a lot of patience as the dont bring it to you, the Customer service in this resort is the worst in the world."

"I did not stay at this hotel. I paid for the hotel and even bought a travel insurance policy that stated that I will get a refund in case of any cancellation. Had a medical emergency and contacted Expedia two days before check in date to cancel but Expedia said they are having issues getting to the hotel to process my refund as the hotel policy is that the booking is a non refundable one even after I bought an insurance policy from Expedia. I am still waiting for a response from Expedia"

"Staff very friendly amazing property and shoutout to the UAE for putting a project like this in Egypt honestly great and amazing location and idea. The staff were friendly and not pushy with asking for tips compared to other places always asking for tips. Also one thing they need to work on is knowing the difference between the ice americano and iced espresso very important for coffee lovers hehe. Other than that i really recommend it for to others worth your money!!!"

"Staff and food were excellent but there was no buffet because there were only about 10 guests. There was no entertainment. They were still painting parts of the hotel but we enjoyed it."

"Awesome facility. Amazing food and staff, more than I was expecting. I recommend this place to everyone who want to go this hotel you will not be disappointed. Beautiful beach and pool. The only downside is the area around is still developing and a lot of construction and empty lots but once you are at the property you don’t even notice that. Hopefully when everything is done the area around the property will be more beautiful but do not let that stop you to go you will enjoy your time ."
