The hotel is clean and nice however a few points. The room I booked on Expedia was a deluxe suit with a pullout coach in the living room. At check, to our surprise there is not one room with a pullout couch so that was frustrating. The hotel was at full capacity and I do not believe that the staff was able to handle it. had the ability to accommodate everyone’s needs which also caused a little bit of chaos at check-in in the lobby was always chaotic; breakfast

The rooms were spotless, and the hotel as a whole was exceptionally well maintained. We initially encountered an issue with the room description on Expedia, but the front office manager, Kareem Mohamed, resolved it promptly and ensured we were comfortable and satisfied. We truly appreciate him and his team for going above and beyond to enhance our stay. The service was outstanding, and the staff consistently made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed. The beach and pool were fantastic, and the golf cart service made it easy and convenient to travel to the restaurants or back to our tower. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was clean but overcrowded. The air conditioning was very loud in our room. We came before in 2024, the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, now the quality is not good at all just many varieties. The staff at the resturant, at the beach at room service and at the security desks are not professionals yelling and arguing with each other loudly. The beach is full of stones, too bad. Fell down man times coming out of the sea. Lost my sun eye glasses and hurt my knees.

Excellent accommodation. Clean and well furnished rooms with spectacular views of the beach, sea and Alamein towers. We enjoyed having Breakfast at the turquoise restaurant which had a lovely variety of food and very good services and great views.

The property and amenities are excellent, but unfortunately, the level of service did not match the quality of the facility. We had 2 rooms reserved for 4 adults and 2 children, and when I made the reservation 3 months in advance, I specifically requested two nearby or connecting rooms. I also contacted the hotel again two days before check-in to confirm this request. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, and we arrived around 3:15 PM. We were told that the rooms should be ready within a few minutes, as the staff was trying to find two nearby rooms. However, we ended up waiting in the lobby for a little over an hour before the rooms were finally ready. This was very frustrating, especially considering that the request had been made well in advance and reconfirmed shortly before arrival. The staff would benefit from better training and communication. On a positive note, the staff at the marina restaurants and breakfast buffets were attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience at the Mangal restaurant was the opposite. The food was excellent, but the service was extremely poor. It appeared that the Turkish chef was the only person working hard. At one point, staff members were literally standing behind our table arguing with each other, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, this is a beautiful property with great amenities and excellent food, but the service needs significant improvement considering the amount of money we paid as all-inclusive guests!
