"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"The apartment was in a lovely townhouse building opposite a square. The location was excellent, close to all places of interest and no more than 10 mins walk to cathedral and Alcázar. "This hotel in the middle of the city is a bit modern and chic. It is walkable to a number of great attractions including the old town. Check out the small eating spots in the narrow street just behind the hotel.
Staff were helpful and attentive.
The room was smaller than expected as was the bathroom."

"Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen schön, und entspricht dem, was man sich von den Bildern verspricht. Es ist grosszügig Platz vorhanden, auch genügend Stauraum in den Schränken, und die Inneneinrichtung wirkt sehr wertig. Auch die Lage ist ausgesprochen praktisch, weil mitten in der Altstadt.
Der Teufel steckt dann allerdings im Detail: Schimmel in der Dusche, billiges Geschirr vom freundlichen schwedischen Möbelhaus, hakelige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bzw. dem Concierge (nur über WhatsApp),...

Breakfast buffet was handled by only two employees who were in charge of being host, refilling buffet, cleaning tables.. which translated into poor service and food area being not cared and dirty. Staff was really friendly it was just they were not enough, more like poor management"

"The room is small but clean and comfortable. TV options are very limited with no streaming. You can clearly hear the noise from the bar across the street and the people walking around. There’s no access to the hotel with your car. Parking Magdalena is nearby and an option to leave your vehicle (EUR35 per day). Location is excellent for eating, shopping and walking the city downtown."
