"There was nothing at all to like. They never let me know my room was ready , when they said they would finally ready at 5pm. Was suppose to have room next to my daughter ! They told us we were next to each other both on ground level. She was on the second floor, so that’s why they didn’t let me know my room was ready because that girl went home! That was so horrible and deceiving. No sheets or blankets in the room for fold out couch! They ran out of beer at the bar. They closed down the water...

"Some of the staff members were very welcoming, others it just seemed like you got on their nerves when asking a question. The room was nice and clean the only problem we had was at night the AC unit didn't work throughout the night so it was burning hot so we couldn't really get any sleep (my wife and our 2 year old son) when I let the front desk know and asked could they move us to a different room, all that was told to us is sorry for the inconvenience and that they would wave the resort fee....
