"Very disappointing stay. Although the property is advertised as non-smoking, the entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, and the blinds did not fully close, creating a privacy concern. The biggest issue was the bathtub—it would not drain, causing water to fill the tub while showering. When I reported it, the front desk acknowledged that they were already aware of a plumbing issue. Renting rooms with known maintenance problems is...

"Needed some maintenance. Noticeable water on carpet in first room from rain. Clearly known because sliding door was open in attempt to dry it. Room should not have been rented. When pointed out to hotel staff they found us another room. At least 3 whirlpools were not functioning."

"What a great gem of a hotel. The casitas are wonderful, spacious and well appointed. The entire property is beaufitful and unique. Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood, but so close to all the shopping and restaurants on Camelback. Great restaurant too! Fabulous stay all around"
