"Alguns defeitos como na tomada sem fixação, falta de apoio de toalha de rosto, falta de apoio para sabonete e shampoo dentro do boxe e cafeteira de cápsula completamente engordurada, fora resto de comida deixada na geladeira, além da falta de garfos. Pontos determinados que não fizeram da minha estadia um completo conforto."

"The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!"

"Estadia muito boa, falta alguns itens basicos como pano de prato, sal, oleo e detergente e uma comunicação mais acertiva a respeito do check-in e do caução. Espero receber logo alias. No mais a acomodação é muito boa e como nas fotos, gostei e voltaria."

"It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff."
