Hotel lovely and in a good location. However, room was unbearably hot at 26 degrees and when raised with staff was told nothing could be done. As it was winter air con was not yet on. Meant that we could not relax in the room as very unpleasant. Very disappointing.

Sadly the hotel is need of a refurbishment from the lifts to the rooms WiFi is good Breakfast is ok but not a wide choice Staff and location are excellent

Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Been able to check in an hour early with no extra fees. All staff very friendly, room clean and nicely laid out with a comfortable bed. Food selection not massive but all fresh and tasty.
