Mercure Alice Springs Resort
No housekeeping or maintenance over the Easter weekend. I appreciate staff want to be with their families over the holiday but this is the hospitality industry and I would expected better service

Spa was nice Room was not really clean Parking is not the best for some rooms Very nosy so I guess that’s the security up Has a terrible black mould issue in the room I was in Is under Reno Overpriced
