"Near a wonderful beach!"

"From our perspective, as a couple, this was not the hotel for us - we remembered what it was like to have children and it would have been a great location as it is lively and full of young families. The beach is good , the pools are busy and full of families. Our room was very sparsely furnished and our ‘private balcony’ was a very narrow ledge. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!"

"Stayed in a room with a loft for 3 nights. The hotel provided a menu with different options and it was delivered at the requested time slot. The gourmet breakfast was excellent and better than most buffets at hotels in the area. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. Loved the rain head shower too. "
