"Lovely"

"El proceso de registracion estuvo confuso. No hubo instrucciones con anterioridad y esto causó una larga espera afuera del hotel. El cuarto esta bien solo que la puerta del baño sonaba mucho para abrir y cerrar y deberían repararlas ya que molesta en la noche cuando la gente está durmiendo. Muchas gracias a Juan Manuel por ayudarnos después de la confusión en el registro y por toda la información durante nuestra estadía en el hotel."

"It was right at the heart of all the cute shops, desserts and restaurants. We were also able to put our luggage inside the property safely in a locker before and after check out, so we didn’t need to worry about booking lockers outside. The staff was also really kind and responsive in answering our questions. The place was safe & the amenities were amazing with the AC, TV, kitchen, in unit washing machine, and the outdoor rooftop pool. I would definitely recommend anyone to have you stay...

For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. "Very nice apartment. Great location, comfortable beds and ice cold A/C Only two negatives, it was entirely clear that you had to turn the hot water on. First night a cold shower! The smart tv did not have Netflix and the signal was very poor and wanted to watch some of the world cup. Not a problem at all juat little niggles that would make it perfect."

"The location is amazing! Just to be aware, there’s no towels, paper towels, coffee, etc. in the kitchen. The room is very basic but clean and comfortable. Parking is very confusing and the front desk advertises that it is open from 10-6 but that was not always the case. I also wrote them several times before our stay with questions and never heard back. Our stay was very pleasant and we would absolutely stay there again. We just wanted to make other travelers aware of these things."

"Great 2 bed apartment in a fantastic location, would recommend it for anyone looking to visit Sevilla. Air con worked amazing with units in each room and roof pool and seating areas was nice looking over the cathedral. Missing it already and we loved our stay in this beautiful city"
