El departamento es bonito, bien ubicado en medio de las callecitas angostas y bonitas del centro de Sevilla. Fácil acceder a varios puntos turísticos, muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Estuvo cómodo.

It’s a cute place with rooftop terrace. The place is smaller than it looks on the photos. Excellent location. Steps from the cathedral. Just one thing, it was hard to communicate with the host. Over WhatsApp, their AI agent and human agent talk to you at the same time. It was quite confusing for non Spanish speakers. On Expedia, their response is slow. I have raised the issue where the password given to us for one of the doors does not work upon checking in. We did not receive any acknowledgment or resolution even after we checked out.

Looks just like the pictures but smaller than you think. Our first stay that actually had a cutting board! Pullout sofa was comfortable enough, AC worked in both rooms but ceiling fan only in bedroom. Perfect location, washer upstairs on roof terrace (no view). Very accommodating staff who helped secure Flamenco tickets.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. I went to sleep right upon check in, and woke up at 9:30PM to flamenco clapping and guitar and singing. I walked outside and was immediately by the Catedral, getting gelato, restaurants are literally right below. You are in the heart of Santa Cruz on the cobblestone. You'll want to check your email for check in instructions or you'll be calling them on WhatsApp, there is nobody working at a desk there, it's an apartment rental situation. The rooftop terrace was a place I enjoyed my coffee two mornings in a row, unable to believe my eyes! Just absolutely gorgeous and the most relaxing experience of my life

Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi ve her saatte bizimle iletişime geçti. Havalimanından geliş ve gidiş için taksimizi ayarladı ve hiç sorun yaşamadan güvenli bir şekilde tatilimizi tamamladık. Evin konumu inanılmazdı, şehrin tam ortasındaydı her yere 3-5 dakikada gidebildik herkese tavsiye ederim bu harika deneyimi, otel olmadığı için önce bir tereddüt yaşadık ancak evin terası konumu herşeye değerdi

El proceso de registracion estuvo confuso. No hubo instrucciones con anterioridad y esto causó una larga espera afuera del hotel. El cuarto esta bien solo que la puerta del baño sonaba mucho para abrir y cerrar y deberían repararlas ya que molesta en la noche cuando la gente está durmiendo. Muchas gracias a Juan Manuel por ayudarnos después de la confusión en el registro y por toda la información durante nuestra estadía en el hotel.

This was a beautiful property with all the comforts of ac, tea kettle, coffee maker, luxurious towels, and a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor (this provided so much help since the airport lost our main luggage).The room had a regular queen bed and sofa bed. I was impressed by the sofa bed’s size and high quality. The location was central to all the sites in Sevilla. Our host was attentive in his communication and kind. Highly recommend! I would love to return!
