The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it. I asked the staff 3 times if they can tell me if the balcony shower worked, they said they will send someone up each time but no one came. We got tired...

"The building is new. It is very well maintained and very clean. Excellent and very helpful staff. The location is NOT in the City Centre. Hence, there are not many areas to walk about and not easy to find any restaurants close to the hotel."
