"Safe & quiet location. Hotel was clean. Suite was spacious with all basic amenities in the room. Staff was very helpful. The only reason, I didn't do 5-star is because of their lack of transparency. Hotel front has construction in-progress. Also, we were told that the pool is under maintenance but I didn't notice anything as such .. We were offered to go next door in a sister property as an alternate BUT Hotel Management SHOULD mention it on their webpage as a message of work in-progress or pool...

"Do not book this hotel. HOTEL staff shared with me when I came to check in that they would move me to another sister hotel because of plumbing issues. They sent me to Holiday Inn express, which was disgusting, including stains on mattresses stains in the bathtub and other things I can’t even mention.. when I asked the Residence Inn staff how to get to the other hotel the staff told me there’s a sidewalk and pointed. Wearing heels and walking down a long embankment with suitcases. I finally...

"The hallway was so noisy. The doors make a very loud noise when they close so we were constantly awakened throughout the night. We were also given a room right near the elevator which didn’t help. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. The bedding was also nice."
