"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. Amazing hotel, friendly staff and fabulous break...thank you. It was appreciated. "

"Moxy is a very cool hotel with a friendly approach! We found that last time we stayed in moxy Chester the staff gave us more information about the town / etc ! Which was really nice! We paid for the breakfast and decided to have it later to avoid the business people, however they stop refilling some items… it is our 3rd time here ! And we really like the town & the hotel !! "A few small maintenance and cleanliness issues like chipped plaster on one of the walls, stained lampshades and cushion and one of the lights did not work and the plug in the Bath had no chain on it so trying to get it out of the plug hole was a nightmare, but these were all small issues and they did not affect our stay here and we were very happy in general. "The staff at reception are so kind and personable. The room we booked was spacious and clean. It is a bit dated in areas but nothing you wouldn’t expect for such an old building.
