Hotel cancelled the stay without refunding....

The hotel had cancelled my stay. The refund has not yet been done. Hotels.com did not inform me about this. First of all may ask you to refund my money and secondly Hotels.com should not include this kind of hotels which cancels your stay just a couple of days ahead of your arrival. It was very scary as I arrived the hotel late night and did not know where to look for a night 's stay.
