"A great stay! Stephanie at the front desk was a joy to work with for check-in and she didn’t give up until she had figured out an issue with the Expedia check-in and the issue with the in-room WiFi. The housekeeping staff were excellent and kind in their interactions. The breakfast was wonderful: banana pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, fruit, etc. The young lady keeping the breakfast stocked was also very friendly and personable. The only negative was the beds-for my comfort they were very hard and uncomfortable. "

"This is a great place to stop on our long trips between Virginia and Ontario. Quiet, simple, clean. No restaurant but quick grab and go breakfast was included. There is a grocery store nearby so easy to pick up a few things. Try the Ellicottville Brewery Beer! Staff wonderful!"
