"We didn't even get a chance to stay. It was overbooked, which is not the hotels fault. Expedia, you are on the hook for messing up. However, the lady at the front desk was super helpful in finding us accommodations at a different hotel."

"Good - It was cheap, clean towels. Overall, was what expected for the price. Bad - room was "non-smoking" but had ashtray and about midnight cigarette smoke was rolling under the adjoining doorway from the office...had to get up and pile bath towels around base of door to try and minimize the stank. Desperately need new pillows - would be better with a bath towel!"
