"Well I was taken back on arrival as it looked so much better in the photos (1950's American diner stylie) rooms needing a bit of tlc ,but once I got used to it I enjoyed my stay.Staff in diner mostly teenagers were super friendly & helpful .Meals in diner all burgers , nuggets fries etc no alternatives.Breakfast very good & not portioned continental & full cooked available (self serve) Rooms.... think Butlins style could do with an upgrade but perfectly functional free WiFi throughout beds...

"Don't stay here. It's called an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport and transportation to and from the hotel is difficult / expensive. It's a loud neighborhood, there's no AC, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable matresses. The front desk is unfriendly. The adjacent restaurant was OK but expensive. Can you call yourself an airport hotel when you're a $30 cab ride from the airport?"

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhaften Ambiente. Man fühlt sich wie im Spreewald - mit den Kanus, auf die man vom Balkon aus blickt, und dem entspannenden Vogelgezwitscher. "Check in was horrible. Unfortunately we arrived at a "shift change" and 2 of the 3 staff members at front desk refused to help us. We had to wait until the new person arrived and signed into the system--a minimum 15 minute wait"

"Very reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff, and central location made this a great choice. Nyhavn is a 10 min walk. In fact about a dozen (or more) attractions are within 20min of the hotel. Also there is a metro station 6min away that could get you to further locations including the airport!! I have been to other WakeUp hotels and I was always very pleased with them!"

"The hotel is located in a residential area (not downtown) close to beach. Transportation links are excellent and there are 2 metro stations on the M2 line with direct links to airport and to downtown. Osterund is closest metro though both are walking distance. The beds are doubles and mattress didn't seem substantial though I slept very well. I stayed in an apartment with kitchenette primary because I wanted a fridge - which was large enough for groceries.
