"Took forever for the heat to kick on!! After 2 hours after check in, I called the front desk to inform the room was nto heatig"

"It took her 35 min to get me checked in then the room 231 had no ac and there was puddles of water on the floor I got pics. Then she said she come look and I came back down to see and she was mopping the rug yes the rug! So she switched me rooms to a double and I paid for king but the shower didn’t have water pressure it drizzled out so this was the worst !!! EVER"

"All I can say is I wasted my money. I wasn’t even able to stay in the room. When I walked in, I was overwhelmed by a very musty, smoky odor in a non-smoking room. The bed linens were old and dingy, the sofa had multiple wet stains on it, and some of the towels in the bathroom look like they had already been used. I absolutely was terrified to stay there would not recommend. "

"I have stayed in a lot of hotels with my family and this hotel was by far the very best. Everything met every expectation of a comfortable stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. All were very welcoming. Centrally located. And the shower was fantastic!! "

"The bathtub had a huge stain in it. There were NO washcloths in the room. Had to ask for wash cloths. My room was beside the electrical panel and the humming was so loud, they changed my room @ MN and NO one helped me change rooms. They were unable to print out a receipt ( which I need to get reimbursed) and all they had to say was " I am sorry." I will NOT be staying here again on my monthly trips to this area. Breakfast buffet was terrible. No taste and no appeal. "

"There’s plenty of parking. They serve breakfast in the mornings. The room is equipped with a heating/air conditioning unit. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. "

"the room was good, the HVAC didn't seem to be responsive to the thermostat. For a handicap room the door closure was too strong (exceeded code i think) the pool was alittle cool and the hot tub good, but could use some window film or shades for morning use. Staff were excellent ! (all staff including maids) Thanks for a great visit ........"
