"It was pretty decent!"

"Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens...

Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "

"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in."

"First room we received was horrible, stains on couch, bed and curtains. We had a standard two bdrm on north tower. The king bed also had 2 big lumps on opposite sides of bed like someone had been sleeping there forever. Outdated furniture. Also stains on ceiling. When we went to address the issues the clerk Kevin immediately resolved the isuues without hesitation. He simple have us another room that was like night and day in the south tower.
