The only positive thing about this property was the fast check-in. Upon walking to our room we noticed a lot of dirty linen throughout the hallway , which seemed odd because if rooms were being cleaned why not put dirty laundry in a dirty hamper basket. Approximately 10 minutes after being in our room my wife was using the bathroom , a housekeeper barged into the room. My wife was so upset/ embarrassed. The housekeeper stated she didn't know the room was now vacant , she just wanted to make sure she cleaned the room properly. I don't fault the housekeeper , but the front desk receptionist should inform the housekeeping staff when rooms are now occupied. Our toilet kept running throughout the night. Informed the receptionist of the findings , the lady had an attitude and then stated that nothing was wrong with the toilet. The tub had a lot of rust in it to the point you can tell the shower wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. I asked a housekeeper if he could clean the tub, he stated that he didn't have anything to clean the tub but he would send someone else which never happened. The breakfast was a joke. This property has definitely gone down since my wife and I visited 2 years ago. The staff was rude. We will not staff at this property in the future.
