"The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more.

"A great overnight stay when doing the Leith Walk. Nice bar, good proper grub in the evening. No breakfast available but we knew that so no issue and there are cafes nearby. Bathroom needs a bit of a freshen up but was clean enough. Would certainly stay again as good value for money."

"The location was great for the castle and the center of Stirling. The property and room was in really good condition and the sofa bed was made up to accommodate our family of 5. For a single room for all of us this worked surprisingly well - fairly spacious with a big bathroom. The parking, while an extra charge, was spacious and secure and we were able to leave the car there after checking out until 2pm as we toured the castle. Overall very happy with our experience."
