"I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout bed to accommodate 3 people i had confirmed several time with staff prior to booking that that's what I would have. Upon checking in and confirming at the desk It would be 2 queen's and a pullout I got to the room where there was only 2 queen beds no pullout. Called the lobby showed them calls with her and other staff from the hotel of them stating I would have the 3rd bed. The accommodated nothing it was honestly a really bad experience with...

"This property is right by the airport making it very convenient. It is clean with spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding . We missed the free breakfast time but they were so nice and turned the pancake machine back on and made sure we got everything that we asked for😊Also practically in the same parking lot is a McDonald’s a Popeyes and another Italian fast food. This hotel is in an ideal location. I would recommend it …and the price is very reasonable."

"The hotel is very old and is not worth the price tag. The staff at the front desk was like they were pulled off the street to work for the day, nobody had a clue. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, because no one picked up the call from my room. All the electricall sockets hardly worked, The was clean. Breakfast acceptable Parking was free"
